I picked up one of these atc2000 a while back - I had to find out if this thing worked.. Well, it works, but barely. The concept of having an all in one unit with no wires is great. The 640x480 30 fps sounds like its more than enough, but something is just wrong with this camera. Even when the camera is still, the video looks shakey. I actually had the best luck mounting it to the bike.. Not one bit of footy from the helmet was good. THe method for attachment sucks too.. I hope the next version does the trick because its a great concept.
